Life 🌱
I had a sleep disorder and mental illness in high school, and dropped out. However, this experience taught me that by losing, one can realize what is missing and grow.
Now, I have reintegrated into society, enrolled in college, and am leading a relaxed life by pursuing my passions. I think it is good to make efforts according to evaluation indexes and competition defined by the school or society, but If you have doubts about those metrics and competitions, it's perfectly fine to step back from the competition. If you feel pressured by competition and societal expectations, it's important to take a step back and reconsider what's best for you. There are various measures of success, and we can put things such as self-care, mental health, and personal growth ahead of traditional accomplishments. To enjoy life, it is important to uninstall the concepts and values of what we should be, and to let go of the positive vibes we experience at any given moment. If you're weary of competition, why not pursue what brings you joy and fulfillment by relying on your intuition?
